At the 2013 Eurivision Song Contest in Malmö, Sweden, in the second semi-final, the Urban Orchestra’s opening act made everyone’s heart race! The act involved a mix of urban and street related artists including street dancers, break dancers, tap dancers, classic dancers, skateboarders, parkour artists and BMX freestylers. The choreography is meant to show that the music, specifically, and the arts in general have found a way to creatively be at the crossroads of classic and modern and that the harmony can very well reside in between.
