RISK is a Los Angeles-based graffiti artist who wants to rejuvenate the community with the help of art, of street art to be more precise. He is part of the Skid Row Freewall Project, which aims to bring together international artists and residents of the area in order to make art and to integrate art in the community life, and at the same time challenge the idea that graffiti neighborhoods are dangerous neighborhoods. What they want to convey is that no, they can be rather happy neighborhoods.
Watch RISK talk about the importance of this project and what it means to him and to the community where it is being carried out.
