Live cities

Cities are not lifeless entities. They vibrate with the economy, with the transportation systems, with cars, noise, but more so, they vibrate with human beings. Sometimes we forget that the city in which we live in is more than just a complex of buildings, streets and services. It is the place where we live, where we share our experiences with our peers. Sometimes we forget we can make cities come alive. One of the ways in which we can do that is interact with the city; let street arts be part of the city’s life and let us engage with them, let us be thrilled by them and let’s enjoy them. We will look at the streets of our cities so much differently. And in a city that comes alive, the human beings too come alive.

Enjoy this video about how street arts make a city come alive.
